Founded in February 2004 Ph Water and Air Technologies Ltd has firmly established itself as one of the leading ‘Total Environment Solutions Companies’ operating within the UK. Ph Water is part of a wider organisation called Compliance Group LTD, and we form part of their Water Division.
Ph Water assist customer with their journey to compliance and their legislative responsibilities across both Water and Air Hygiene Services.
Working with customers both in the public and private sector, Ph Water’s Service offering plays an integral part of our customer’s journey to compliance.
The purpose of the programme is to develop and train college/university leavers in all aspects of the water treatment business. All areas of the business will be covered including:
Training will be given in each area either by external courses or internal/onsite training. All areas of the water sector of the business will be covered to give the trainee/graduate the most rounded overview of this sector.
The programme will be a maximum 2 year period. Within this period the management team and the graduate/trainee will identify the best and most appropriate role for themselves.

The second year will see further development of the graduate/trainee. The training will be more in depth in areas selected by the management team from the following:
Practical Risk Assessment (1 day WMS)
Pseudomonas training Managing & Controlling the Risk in Water Systems (1 day WMS)
Cooling & Boiler Water Treatment Chemistry (1 day WMS)
Managing the risk of Legionella in Cooling Tower Systems (1 day WMS)
Other areas of development subject to identification of the preferential/most suitable area for the trainee/graduate may include system training, sales training, management training, finance training.
