Ph Water assist customer with their journey to compliance and their legislative responsibilities across both Water and Air Hygiene Services.

About the Graduate Scheme
We invite you to explore our dynamic Graduate Scheme, where compliance, innovation, and career development converge to shape the future of water and air solutions.
The purpose of the scheme is to develop and train college/university leavers in all aspects of the water treatment business. All areas of the business will be covered including:
- The role and responsibilities of the Engineer within the Water Division
- The role and responsibilities of a HVCA Commissioning Engineer
- The role and responsibilities of a Pre Commissioning Cleaning Engineer
- Risk assessments and L8 compliance
- Health & Safety
- Manufacturing and Commissioning of Water Treatment Plant Equipment
Training will be given in each area either by external courses or internal/onsite training. All areas of the water sector of the business will be covered to give the trainee/graduate the most rounded overview of this sector.
The programme will be a maximum 2-year period. Within this period the management team and the graduate/trainee will identify the best and most appropriate role for themselves.
