Fire and Security Service Extinguisher Engineer
This is a role within TFS, a subsidiary of Compliance Group’s Fire Division.

Competitive salary: £44,000-£48,000
You will be working for TFS, part of the Compliance Group, which is currently engaged in a dynamic acquisitions programme that will enable the Fire Division operating companies to deliver fantastic customer service and offer great opportunities for personal progression and development.
The Role
This is a full-time role of 37.75 hours per week. The salary bracket is based on experience level, but we are happy to train the right applicant for this role.
- Salary: £44-48k OTE
- · £1,500 joining incentive paid over the first year
- · Annual bonus of £3,600 paid monthly for meeting reasonable targets
- · 5% additional bonus for exceeding targets – typically worth around £5k per year
- · Earn up to £3k for referring an ex-colleague
- Fire and Security Service Engineer
- Based in Devon area – mobile/onsite
The Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years in a similar role
- CSCS/ECS card preferably FIA and security
- Knowledge of fire extinguisher servicing. BAFE trained/qualified would be ideal
- Fire-Gent, notifier mainly open protocol systems- not essential.
- Security – CCTV-Hikvision IP and analogue, Intruder-Galaxy, Texacom, Scantronic, Access Control-Paxton, Gallagher.
- Remedial works, changing smoke heads and batteries, repair results from servicing.
- Candidates need to be able to do maintenance and fault-finding work.
- Engineers will be required to work on retail & commercial premises.
- Must be willing and available to support out-of-hours callouts
- Work a day shift Monday to Friday
- Identify and liaise with decision makers on site to obtain sign-off for work undertaken
- Identify opportunities for additional sales
- Work in a safe and clean environment
- Complete PDA system accurately
