About the role

We are looking for an experienced professional selling Electrical services, which is key to this role. Selling such services as PAT testing, EICR fixed wiring, and emergency light testing, among others and heading the sales team.

  • Daily performance tracking, KPI (key performance indicators), daily, weekly and monthly targets.
  • Testing: Being able to test various different strategies and outreach objectives to optimize results.
  • Prospecting and sales techniques, effective time management, and good communication skills are all required.
  • Making 80+ calls per day, building relationships, following up with previous conversations to prospects who have not yet converted.
  • Organise prospecting campaigns in our CRM including notes about all activities, conversations, and next steps.
  • Daily performance tracking, KPI (key performance indicators), daily, weekly and monthly targets.
  • Communication: Clear and consistent internal team communications Take your role and run with it.
  • Manage Detailed and Structured Timelines, programs, tasks
  • Communicate this with the team and leadership regularly in our meetings.


  • System administration: 1 year (required)
  • Customer service: 1 year (required)
  • Sales: 1 year (required)
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a similar industry
  • Experience selling into the Electrical service sector on services such as EICR, Fixed wire testing, PAT testing, Emergency light testing and other compliance services across Electrical, Water and Fire services.
