About the Scheme

pH Water and Air Technologies invite you to explore our dynamic Graduate Scheme, where compliance, innovation, and career development converge to shape the future of water and air solutions.

The Graduate Scheme will run for a maximum of 2 years and aims to develop and fully train Graduates in all aspects of the water treatment business.

Full training is given in every area of the business either through external courses or by internal/onsite training, giving you a complete and well rounded overview of the sector, including:

• – The role and responsibilities of the Engineer within the Water Division
• – The role and responsibilities of a HVCA Commissioning Engineer
• – The role and responsibilities of a Pre Commissioning Cleaning Engineer
• – Risk assessments and L8 compliance
• – Health and Safety
