You will be working for CGFS, part of the Compliance Group, which is currently engaged in a dynamic acquisitions programme that will enable the Fire Division operating companies to deliver fantastic customer service and offer great opportunities for personal progression and development.

Benefits

• Annual bonus of £3,600 paid monthly for meeting reasonable targets
• 5% additional bonus for exceeding targets – typically worth around £5k per year
• Earn up to £3k for referring an ex- Engineer colleague

Responsibilities

• Plan your appointments and callouts to maximise service time and ensure cost efficiency.
• Identify and liaise with decision makers on site to obtain sign-off for work undertaken.
• Identify opportunities for additional sales
• Maintain adequate van stocks/spares
• Work in a safe and clean environment
• Complete the PDA system accurately
• Have good IT skills
• Come from a service environment and preferably a field service set-up
• Work a day shift from Monday to Friday

Requirements

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy environment
• Good communication skills and a positive attitude
• Be a good team player, as well as be self-motivated
• Knowledge of fire extinguisher servicing. BAFE trained/qualified would be ideal
• CSCS card
• Hold a current UK driving licence
• Happy to travel to customers daily and be a great ambassador for the company
• You will be working on retail and commercial premises
• Minimum experience of 3 years in a similar role
