About the role

You will be working for CGFS, part of the Compliance Group, which is currently engaged in a dynamic acquisitions programme that will enable the Fire Division operating companies to deliver fantastic customer service and offer great opportunities for personal progression and development.

As an Account Manager, you are our customers’ first point of contact. Your role involves sales generation and account management of an allocated customer base, along with being a skilled, confident communicator, you will focus your time on cross-selling and upselling sales to brand-new and existing clients across the range of fire and security services

Responsibilities

  • Establish and develop strong contact relationships with existing clients and develop new business contacts through business to business sales activity.
  • You will be able to guide each client to the full range of services in an understanding of the services we offer, along with building the relationship over time to ensure we gain and retain future relationships.
  • You will generate opportunities and provide quotations from either a pricing guide range agreed upon with the Sales Manager, or an individual project requiring Fire and Security related solutions.
  • You will work closely with our operations team to arrange and monitor scheduled service/install work completion.
  • You will manage all customer-related enquiries and gain feedback from our customers after work has been completed so that we can continually improve our service.
  • Through training you will be able to access client’s data and diligently update our CRM system with relevant details.
  • Oversee and work to agreed individual and client KPIs.
  • Keep an up-to-date diarised event calendar.
  • Provide updated weekly sales activity reports to the Sales Manager.
  • Work to agreed monthly and annual sales targets.
