Founded in 2008 by Bob Wilkinson, who was joined by Tony Monk in 2017, Flair Developments offers specialist fire prevention and protection to both companies and individuals, undertaking works of both passive and active fire prevention and protection.

The company delivers and administers a comprehensive fire safety management system for clients, to give them total peace of mind that their fire safety compliance responsibilities are being discharged competently and professionally.

Flair Developments are based in Enfield and work throughout London and the Southeast. In addition, the team also works in the Midlands and South Wales and has particular expertise in Care Homes, Universities, Local Authorities, and Social Housing. The company can undertake all fire prevention and protection works and can certify all aspects, including: Alarms, Extinguishers, Fire Doors, Fire Curtains, Compartmentalisation, and Emergency Lights. Flair Developments are members of Firas, BAFE, and the NICEIC.

The acquisition is a continuation of the strategy of Compliance Group to offer the full range of building health and safety compliance services Bob and Tony will remain in the business and continue to lead the business through its next phase of growth with Compliance Group.
